Gmail is doing great,gmail has launched into nigeria and some other countries a program of receiving your inbox mesages as sms on your phone.
This is free and easy,but you will be charged if you reply to the mesage by your service provider.So with this feature,you can send your mesages directly to your contacts phone for free.

How to activate Gmail sms feature:

1.click on a contact you want to mesage to,so a chat box appear.
2.click option at the right corner of the box,and click send sms
3.Enter the contact phone number at the ''send sms message to this number''
4.Now enter your message and click enter.
The contact will receive the message on his phone.
