Is your phone from abroad?if your phone is brought from another country it may not work with your local network,also if your phone only works with one network,this has be happening because of your phone been locked to a particular network.You can do this yourself instead of you giving out 1000 to enginear to unlock it for you.You need to unlock the phone before it can work with any network,so follow these few steps to get your phone unlocked.
To unlock your phone,log on HERE
and you will be ask for your phone vendor e.g nokia also your country e.g nigeria also your network e.g
mtn.once you choosed
and filled the form,a logo will show at the bottom
of that page and after that you will Proceed to
unlocking of the Device.
